Police: Circumstances of fatal collision 'much clearer'

Inspector Frazer Davey of Avon and Somerset Police said this morning: "Following investigations overnight the circumstances of this collision have become much clearer."

Police are still appealing for witnesses of the incident to come forward.

'Hit and run' suspect quizzed

Officers have been granted more time to question a 38-year-old man on suspicion of killing a married couple in an alleged hit-and-run in Bristol. The couple, who were on a tandem bike, have been named as Ross Simons, 34, and his wife Clare, 30.
