People of Paris welcome David Beckham's contract
The people of Paris have welcomed the news that David Beckham has signed for French football giants Paris Saint-Germain on a five-month contract.
Speaking to ITV Daybreak, they said "he is a great image for football", and were pleased that he had signed for the French team.
The 37-year-old revealed he will donate his entire salary to a Paris charity.
