Rape victim Cheryl Maddison: 'I'm getting justice now'

Cheryl Maddison had been in the holiday resort of Magaluf for a few days, when she was followed home, subjected to a sexual assault and stabbed in the neck.

Her evidence in court finally led to the conviction of her attacker, and four and half years later, Mohamed Fadel el Anssari was jailed for 23 years in prison.

Cheryl told ITV Daybreak she feels stronger now than she has ever been and that she never thought she would see this day arrive.

She said: "I feel I'm getting justice now."
