Hospital says baby attacked by fox is 'recovering well'
The hospital, who treated a one-month-old baby after being dragged from his cot by a fox which tore his finger off, has responded to the incident today. A spokeswoman for St Thomas' Hospital said:
The Evelina Children's Hospital, part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, can confirm that the baby has been moved from the High Dependency Unit to a ward and is recovering well.
The parents are very relieved and ask for their privacy to be respected at this time.
