Obama issues emotional call to limit arms

President Obama has made an emotional tribute to victims of gun violence, as he called for greater firearm controls during his State of the Union address.

In his annual speech, he vowed to revive the US economy, create jobs and reduce the number of troops in Afghanistan. ITV News' Washington Correspondent Robert Moore reports.
