A man who was arrested on suspicion of murdering a family of four in their own home in Northampton has been extradited from Morocco, police said.
Anxiang Du was arrested in Morocco in July. Jifeng and Helen Ding and their two daughters were stabbed to death at their home in Wootton on 29 April 2011 - the day of the royal wedding.
Du, the prime suspect in the investigation surrounding the killings, was arrested by Moroccan authorities last July.
Northamptonshire Police confirmed the extradition earlier today via their Twitter account.
We can confirm that the extradition of Anxiang Du has been approved by the Moroccan Ministry of Justice in conjunction with the Home Office.
