Leona Lewis to launch 'cruelty-free' make-up range

X-Factor and chart star Leona Lewis is launching her own range of cruelty-free cosmetics.

Animal lover Lewis has teamed up with The Body Shop for the products and will also become a "brand activist" for the company.

The vegetarian singer has regularly voiced her views about the treatment of animals and has been a big supporter of an animal sanctuary in Brentwood, Essex.

Her limited edition range of make-up and fragrances is to go on sale from March 26 and she will stage a concert to mark the occasion which is being streamed online.
