Farage: We will make history at European elections
UKIP leader Nigel Farage has played down suggestions that his party could have performed even better in Eastleigh had he decided to stand at the by-election.
He told BBC's Andrew Marr Show: “I want to lead the party into the European elections, which take place next year, where I believe we can cause a really historic result...
“We’re delighted, it’s our best ever Parliamentary performance and I think there’s every reason to believe there’s more to come.”
