UK general: Post-war planning in Iraq was 'hopeless'

The most senior British military general in the invasion of Iraq has told ITV News the planning for the rebuilding of the country after the war was "pretty hopeless."

On the eve of the tenth anniversary of the war, Lieutenant General Sir Graeme Lamb said that working with the transitional government in Iraq was like "dancing with a broken doll".
