Southeastern trains advises on compensation for delays

Southeastern trains has issued advice to customers who have experienced delays of more than 30 minutes.

Customers are entitled to a scheme called 'Delay Repay', which issues a full or part repayment of ticket costs.

Different areas of the network are experiencing varying degrees of snowfall. This will have a knock on effect to areas less affected.


Snow causes travel disruption

Hundreds of drivers were stranded in their vehicles in Sussex and Kent overnight in freezing conditions due to the snow. There were reports of drivers stuck for more than 10 hours.
