Khmer Rouge co-founder leng Sary dies on trial for genocide

Khmer Rouge co-founder leng Sary, 87, has died while on trial for genocide in Cambodia, a tribunal spokesman confirmed.

leng Sary co-founded the movement, responsible for the deaths of an estimated 1.7 million deaths in the 1970s, with Pol Pot, his brother-in-law.
