Report: Cypriot govt in talks over levy charge

The Cypriot government is in talks with lenders to change its proposed bank account levy to three per cent for deposits below 100,000 Euros, according to Reuters.

It was initially planned that a one off charge of 6.75 per cent would be made on all deposits of this amount.
