Former Generation Game and Big Break host Jim Davidson has been released on bail until May.
Davidson was originally arrested on January 2 in west London, along with a 53 year old who was held in Hampshire. The unnamed 53 year old has also been released on bail until May.
Last week DJ Dave Lee Travis was re-arrested after further allegations were made to Operation Yewtree detectives.
Speaking outside his home in Bedfordshire, the 67-year-old insisted his "conscience is clear" and again denied any wrongdoing.
So far 11 people have been arrested under Operation Yewtree, the investigation prompted by the Jimmy Savile sex abuse scandal.
