Designer Stella McCartney said she felt "really proud and really excited and honoured" as she arrived at Buckingham Palace to receive an OBE.
McCartney, who arrived with her husband Alasdhair Willis, was wearing one of her own creations - a blue fitted suit with a pencil skirt.
