A van driver who was was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after the incident involving Olivia Uffindell has been bailed to a date in May.
After the arrest, the 36 year old was taken to a south London police station.
Police are appealing for witnesses and officers from the Road Death Investigation Unit are investigating.
