NatWest 'aware' of mobile banking problems

NatWest has confirmed it is looking into problems with some of its mobile banking apps.


We are aware of a technical problem this morning which is preventing customers from logging in to our mobile banking application.


We are working to fix the problem and apologise to customers for the inconvenience caused. No other systems are affected

NatWest added that their Android app is back up and running normally.

NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank customers are struggling to log on to mobile banking services because of a technical fault.
