RBS 'aware of fault' as customers struggle to log on

RBS says some of its customers have been unable to log on to mobile banking services.


We are aware of a technical problem this morning which is preventing customers from logging in to our mobile banking application.


Customers who use our Android App can now log back in again. That service is back up and running.


We are working hard to get the other Apps available and we will let you know as soon as we can when they are ready to use again.

NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank customers are struggling to log on to mobile banking services because of a technical fault.
