Cumbria Police are trying to track down a woman believed to be in her mid-Thirties to early-Forties who was reportedly seen ringing the door bell of a property on Warwick Street, Carlisle.
The owners of the property did not recognise the woman and called the police, who found the toddle abandoned in the street soon after.
Police have released the following description of the woman:
She is described as 5ft 5”, aged between mid 30’s to early 40’s, slim to medium build, with brown hair which was tied back.
She was wearing a white round neck top with a lilac coloured cardigan and dark trousers.
