David Bowie's 'lessons for economists'

An economist at the Foreign Office has hailed David Bowie as setting a good example for policy makers to help improve economic performance.

Peter Matheson, Counsellor for Economics at the British Embassy in Washington, lists the four key lessons which he says Bowie can teach economists in his blog as:
