Jowell: Anti-Thatcher violence 'completely out of order'

The former culture secretary Tessa Jowell, who is MP for the neighbouring constituency of Dulwich, has condemned the anti-Thatcher celebrations in Brixton and elsewhere in the UK as "disrepectful":

Arrests after Thatcher parties

In Brixton, famous for the riots in 1981, around 100 people have celebrated Lady Thatcher's death. Police said there was "low level disorder". Two people were arrested on suspicion of burglary. Six officers were hurt in Bristol after a street party.
