Police have said that seven of the 21 passengers that were on the minibus involved in a M62 crash yesterday are in a serious but stable condition and one person is in intensive care.
One of the women who were on a hen party was killed after the collision involving a Farmfoods lorry at junction 32 of the westbound carriageway near Pontefract, West Yorkshire.
The driver of the lorry was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has been bailed pending further inquiries.
