3 dead in French flats explosion

Three people have died and at least 14 have been injured after a suspected gas explosion at a block of flats in the French city of Reims. Officials believe there could be more injured people trapped beneath the rubble of the four-story building.

At least nine people injured in explosion in France

A spokesman for the Reims's Emergency Services has confirmed that at least nine people were injured and two people killed, when a large part of a residential building collapsed on Sunday morning.

The spokesperson said that the authorities believed there might still be more victims, but that the cause of the explosion was still unknown.
