A baby delivered by emergency caesarian section after a heavily pregnant woman was involved in a car crash is making "good progress" police said today.
The 29-year-old woman is fighting for her life after the collision in Manchester on Friday night.
Several other people were seriously injured following the smash and a 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
