A 30-year-old shop worker who was stabbed to death in east London on Saturday night has been named.
James Sweeney, of Jessam Avenue, Clapton, died of stab wounds to the chest and abdomen, a post-mortem examination found today.
Police were called at 9.10pm to Lea View House, Jessam Avenue, after earlier reports of an argument in the street between three men.
Mr Sweeney, originally from Montserrat in the Caribbean, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives from Scotland Yard have arrested three men on suspicion of murder.
