The owner of the Dovecote pub, Stonegate Pub Company, has said that none of its staff were hurt in the shooting and that the pub will remain closed for the time being:
This is currently being investigated by the police and we are assisting them with their enquiries. The pub is currently closed and [will] remain so while the investigation continues.
