Resident's emotional message at Cleveland meeting

Members of the Cleveland community, where three young women were abducted, have met to discuss the crime and safety issues.

During the meeting, local resident Cynthia Connor -who knows Ariel Castro - broke down as she spoke about the affect his alleged actions had on the community.
