London Mayor Boris Johnson has said it is "completely wrong" to blame the killing in Woolwich to Islam and "equally wrong" to try to draw any link between the incident and British foreign policy.
Speaking ahead of this morning's COBRA meeting, he added the blame lies with the "warped and deluded" mindset of the people responsible.
