The Met Police has confirmed there is insufficient evidence to support the prosecution of a 65-year-old man who was arrested under Operation Yewtree on 5 February.
The man was arrested at an address in south London on suspicion of sexual offences and taken into police custody.
The man fell under the strand of the investigation police have termed 'others', and was bailed to return pending further inquiries.
On 3 June 2013 the man 'Yewtree 11' was informed that no further action would be taken by police.
The investigation found insufficient evidence to support a prosecution.
Police said there was early consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, and detectives did not submit the case for full CPS advice to decide the outcome.
