Two British soldiers admit abusing Afghan civilians

Two British soldiers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have admitted abusing Afghan civilians when they appeared at a court martial hearing in Sennelager, Germany.

Their patrol commander was cleared of failing in his duty to deal with the offences.


Afghan abuse pair sentenced

A former soldier has been fined £1,000 and an officer has been reduced to the ranks after they admitted abusing civilians during the Afghan conflict at a court martial in Germany.
