More than 30 people are said to have plunged into a dock after an amphibious tour bus sunk in Liverpool, according to reports. The vehicle began sinking in the Albert Dock just before 4pm.
Witnesses have said some casualties have been flown out by air ambulance and paramedics from 18 other ambulances are treating those who have been hurt.
