Emergency services launched a rapid rescue effort in Liverpool's Albert Dock after an amphibious vehicle sunk with 31 passengers on board.
Just last year, the Queen herself was a passenger on one of the so-called "duckmarines" to mark the launch of the tourist attraction.

An investigation has been launched after 31 people were rescued or had to swim to safety when an amphibious tour bus sank in Liverpool.
