France's Marion Bartoli has won her first Grand Slam after beating Germany's Sabine Lisicki in the Wimbledon Ladies Final.
Afterwards, she said: "I am just so happy that I am holding this trophy, it has been my dream since I was six years old.
"And I would like to thank everyone in the crowd who supported me today, and I hope next year I will be there as well."
Bartoli, 28, also paid tribute to her father Walter - who coached her until this year - for his backing.
He was among friends and family who supported her from the players' box and she made a beeline for him as she clambered up from the famous lawn.
Andy Murray has become the first British tennis player to win the men's singles title at Wimbledon for 77 years.
If you can't face the queues for Murray Mound at Wimbledon, several outdoor big screens in London are showing the men's final for free.
