Tributes to Channel swimmer

The coach of Susan Taylor, who died in a charity swim across the Channel, has said she was "always smiling". Susan got into difficulty whilst attempting the challenge in a bid to raise money for Rainbows Hospice and Diabetes UK.

British swimmer 'got into difficulties near French coast'

Susan Taylor, who was in her 30s, was swimming under the guidance of the Channel Swimming Association, which officially authorises attempts, when she got into difficulty near the French coast at about 5.30pm on Sunday.
