A 53-year-old man arrested in Hampshire in January, as part of Operation Yewtree - the police investigation prompted by the Jimmy Savile abuse scandal - has been told no further action will be taken against him.
Referring to both the 53-year-old and Jim Davidson, the CPS said there was "insufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction".
