Death toll from twin Lebanon blasts rises to 20

The death toll from two explosions in the Lebanese city of Tripoli has risen to 20, with 213 people wounded, the country's health minister has told local TV .

42 people died and at least 358 were wounded after twin blasts hit the Lebanese city of Tripoli, medical and security sources told Reuters. The explosions, which appeared to be coordinated, went off outside two mosques as Friday prayers ended.
