The young victim of a gang-rape in Mumbai is said to be recovering well in hospital, and is surrounded by family. She is apparently keen to return to work. Speaking to The Times of India, she is quoted as saying:
Rape is not the end of life.
Indian law forbids the naming of rape victims.
