Syria will 'implode' before any side claims 'victory'

Syria will "implode" before any side would claim a military victory, the US Secretary of State said today after the country reached an agreement with Russia on a Syria chemical weapons resolution at the UN Security Council.

John Kerry said there is a "need to move rapidly" to put a political solution in place for Syria through the Geneva process, according to Reuters.
