A spectacular video has been revealed of how La Sagrada Família will look when it is completed in 2026 - almost 150 years after it was started.
The basilica has been a building site since building began on 19th March 1882 and continues today.
Now the building of the church follows Antoni Gaudí's original ideas and plans and will have 18 towers, 12 dedicated to the apostles, 4 to the evangelists, one to Jesus and another to Mary when completed.
The new video is a mix of aerials views of the current building with computer animation highlighting how the work is expected to progress to the striking finished structure.
As an expiatory church, the financing of La Sagrada Família is totally private, being funded by the 2.5 million visitors it receives each year and private donations.
