PM: Under-25s face benefits cut

David Cameron has suggested people under 25 could lose jobseekers' allowance and housing benefit in an effort to cut long-term unemployment. He told the Conservative party conference he wanted all of them "earning or learning".

Tories 'won’t be campaigning for a coalition'

Cameron says "we need to finish the job we have started" and that this calls for "a strong government with a clear mandate".

"When that election comes, we won’t be campaigning for a coalition, we will be fighting heart and soul for a majority," he adds.
