The Armed Forces are losing out on vital equipment according to the Daily Telegraph.
The paper quoting senior military sources as saying that the MoD is failing to properly manage its budget.
The paper also said that the Defence Secretary Philip Hammond has gone too far in his attempts to stay on top of the department's budget and is overseeing an "overzealous" austerity drive.
