Gary Barlow has confirmed that this series of The X Factor will be his last.
The Take That star revealed news of his departure while praising his final act of the night, boy band Rough Copy.
Barlow, who replaced Simon Cowell on the judging panel in 2011, said, "I've been here for three years and I'm so glad that for my last year on this show, I get to mentor you guys."
His confirmation follows speculation that this would be his final series as a judge on the show.
