Four people have been killed as a result of a building collapsing in an earthquake in the Philippines province of Cebu.
The roof of a market in the province's city of Mandaue also collapsed, injuring 19 people, according to TV reports.

Two knives were found at the scene in Islington, North London, and the suspects fled on foot before being arrested.
