All passengers on board the Channel Islands' air search plane are reportedly safe after a crash landing in Jersey this evening. The plane is understood to have been used on an emergency call searching for two people missing at sea.

Jersey Ports confirms air search plane passengers safe

A spokesperson for Jersey Ports has confirmed all five crew members aboard a rescue plane that crash landed on Jersey's north coast are safe and accounted for.

Alan Donald confirmed the plane was being used in a search for two adult men believed to be missing in a dinghy. The search for the pair continues.
