Toronto mayor Rob Ford has been captured making an expletive-laden rant and behaving erratically in a video obtained by a Canadian newspaper.
The Toronto Star today published new footage of the politician, who this week admitted to smoking crack cocaine, in an apparent state of supreme agitation.
Ford is heard in the midst of a foul-mouthed rant in which he uses threatening words such as "kill" and "murder", although the target of the mayor's anger is not clear.
Ford has said he was "very, very inebriated" in the video, the Associated Press reported.
