Iran, US and EU resume 'intense' nuclear talks

Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, the US Secretary of State John Kerry and EU's Catherine Ashton have resumed "intense" nuclear talks after a break, according to Reuters.


Kerry: Iran backed out of deal

US Secretary of State John Kerry has said major nations were unified on an Iran nuclear deal but the Iranians were unable to accept it. He said it was "not a race" to agree a deal but hoped one would be reached "within the next months".
