Veterans explain the importance of Remembrance Day

Three World War II veterans have told of the importance of recognising their "mates" on Remembrance Day and recalled their memories of serving.

UK falls silent for war dead

The Queen led a service at the Cenotaph in Whitehall in tribute to members of the armed forces who have died in major conflicts. Remembrance Sunday services have been held across the country and in Afghanistan.
