The Government has won a Commons vote on its plans to reorganise the Army. Rebels, supported by Labour, fear the changes will leave the UK short of essential troops and want a pause for the coalition to reconsider.

Tory rebel leader: Army concerns won't go away

John Baron, the Tory MP who led the failed rebellion against the Government, told ITV News he was "disappointed" his bid to delay the changes were defeated.

But the MP for Basildon and Billericay said questions and concerns about the plans to reorganise the Army are growing and won't go away.
