The Independent Police Complaints Commission says it is "considering" a claim from Arthur Scargill that South Yorkshire Police kept a "conspiracy file" on him.

The former President of the National Union of Mineworkers says his arrest during the infamous 'Battle of Orgreave' in 1984 was pre-planned.
