Four arrested over '£1m theft from two banks'

Detectives investigating the theft of £1 million from two banks have arrested four people and recovered £80,000 and a live grenade. Raids were carried out in north London yesterday after bank customers were targeted with fake emails carrying viruses.

Four arrested over suspected £1m theft from two banks

Four people have been arrested and £80,000 seized by detectives investigating the suspected theft of £1 million from two UK banks, Scotland Yard said.

A suspected live hand grenade was also removed from an address by specialist explosive officers, following raids in Enfield and Islington yesterday morning.
