Biggest ever cricket crowd watch England toil again

A world record cricket crowd of 90,831 packed into Melbourne's MCG to watch Australia gain the upper hand against England on the first day of the fourth Ashes Test.

The tourists, who have already lost the series, closed on 226-6, although key batsman Kevin Pietersen offered some resistance with 67 not out.
